The challenge was to build secure, stable, low maintenance cost application for facilitating social networking activities.

Solution

Winjit developed a ‘Social networking’ website for online communities of people who share common interest and activities. The portal includes variety of web 2.0 features in it. To mention few of them:

• Search – Helps in finding information through keyword search which makes the platform valuable.
  
• Links - Guides to important pieces of information.

To build an on demand technical portal where people can make use of various tools to develop their own applications, debug & test applications, host applications and perform various other activities.

Solution

Winjit has built a technical information portal on Service-Oriented-Architecture (SOA) one of the emerging technologies. The portal is developed on Software as a service (SaaS) platform. This eliminates the need for installation of the application on user’s machine and thus the cost of installation and maintenance of the application is also reduced.

The portal includes number of rich features in it.
