Most engagements start with one tool pointed at one problem, at no fee. The client provides one document set, one repository or one API surface, and receives a working artifact back. Larger engagements begin with a scoping conversation and a fixed first phase.
The client owns every line, including anything AI-generated. The framework is Winjit's. The output is not.
Five enforced gates: requirements sign-off, architecture review, code review, UAT and release sign-off. Each requires a named engineer to sign. The framework cannot merge or release anything on its own.
The data boundary is agreed before an engagement starts and defines exactly what context reaches a model provider and what stays inside the client environment.
Every US programme is run from Winjit's New York office by a named engagement lead, who is the client's day-to-day contact. The engineering team in India overlaps with US Eastern time from 8:00 to 11:00 ET every working day for stand-ups, reviews and decisions. Engineering, QA, DevOps and release work all happen inside the client's own repositories and tools, so progress is visible as it is committed.
An assistant helps one developer write faster. The framework covers discovery, build and assurance, is grounded in the client's own systems and documents, and carries governance and human gates as part of its structure.
